Hello
I’m Steph Norman, a designer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
I work hard, thrive off collaboration and enjoy the depth of a clever idea and delivering beautifully crafted and communicative work. My design skills are wide, from ideation, to design, to final art in all mediums.
At the moment, you’ll find me freelancing from home or hanging out with my family. If you’d love a hand with your branding, marketing, collateral or project - whether it’s a new promotion, a refresh, or starting from scratch, I’d love to talk about it, so flick me a message!

Most recently, I’ve been working with many local brands and hotels, on everything from brand and identity, to menus, signage, billboards and social media display campaigns.
Previously, I have worked in a branding and design role in Morningside at Husk Creative, loving working with a range of great clients alongside an extremely talented team creating meaningful and effective brands and collateral.
Before that I worked in London UK, as a freelancer, contracting to a range of inspiring teams in branding, PR and specialist social media and production sectors. I particularly enjoyed some ongoing work with a brand and design agency whose specialty is helping spirited organisations describe what they do better, so they can do more.
I’ve also spent 5+ years in Auckland indie agencies S&P and Tommi, working across all projects that came through, alongside a small team of creative directors and designers. These ranged from large scale fully integrated advertising campaigns, to very targeted social media campaigns, new products and everyday print and marketing collateral.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy crepes for dinner, adventures with my family, road-tripping and chasing the snow and surf.
